Amends the Eminent Domain Act to authorize the Village of Deer Park to use quick-take proceedings under Article 20 for one year after the effective date of this Act.

Permits the Village of Deer Park to acquire property at 20820 N. Rand Road (parcel 14-34-100-012) located in Lake County, Illinois for a permanent village utility easement for potable water transmission.

Specifies the acquisition as a 10-foot-wide strip of land adjoining and parallel to the Southwesterly right-of-way line of Rand Road (U.S. Route 12).

Automatically repeals this section 3 years after the effective date of the Act.

Takes effect upon enactment.
