Establishes a certification program through the Department of Human Services for lodging establishments that comply with human trafficking recognition training requirements under Section 15 of the Lodging Services Human Trafficking Recognition Training Act.

Makes certification status publicly available on the Department's Internet website so government entities can verify compliance before contracting with lodging establishments.

Prohibits the State, school districts, and units of local government from spending funds at non-certified lodging establishments for procuring lodging, conference/meeting/banquet space, or hosting events.

Requires government entities to confirm a lodging establishment's current certification status on the Department's website before expending or committing funds for any covered purposes.
