Members of the Personnel Review Board shall each receive $100 per day for services on the Board and be reimbursed for expenses, replacing the previous provision of no compensation.

Subsequent Board members shall be appointed by the Treasurer for 6-year terms with Senate approval, with one member designated as chairperson for a 2-year term.

Board meetings shall be held periodically according to a schedule set by the chairperson and at other necessary times, with the chairperson providing written notice at least three days before each meeting.

Two members of the Board constitute a quorum.

The Act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
