SB1303 Summary

• Provides $5,000,000 annual payments from the State Gaming Fund to host municipalities of certain riverboat/casino owners licensees, beginning when gambling operations commence and ending July 31, 2042.

• Applies to owners licensees under paragraph (1) of subsection (e-5) of Section 7 (specific geographic designation) that hold licenses issued or re-issued before January 1, 2012.

• Host municipalities cannot share these payments with other units of local government.

• Effective immediately upon becoming law.
