SB1349 - Lobbyist Registration Fee Waiver

• Amends the Lobbyist Registration Act to waive the $300 annual registration fee for not-for-profit entities with annual budgets under $5,000,000 that are classified as tax-exempt under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3)

• Extends the fee waiver to any lobbyist who exclusively lobbies on behalf of such a qualified not-for-profit entity

• Maintains the $300 annual nonrefundable registration fee requirement for all other natural persons and entities required to register

• Requires all registration fees collected to be deposited into the Lobbyist Registration Administration Fund for administration and enforcement of the Act
