Designates the act as "Lindsey's Law" and amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to add a new sentencing provision for aggravated DUI violations.

Creates a Class 2 felony with mandatory imprisonment of not less than 4 years and not more than 20 years for aggravated DUI involving a motor vehicle, snowmobile, all-terrain vehicle, or watercraft accident resulting in one person's death and great bodily harm or permanent disability or disfigurement of one or more other persons.

This new sentencing tier applies when the DUI violation was a proximate cause of both the death and the serious injuries to other victims in the same incident.

Maintains existing sentencing structures for aggravated DUI convictions involving death of one person only (3-14 years) and death of 2 or more persons (6-28 years).
