Prohibits any individual from selling or advertising pharmaceuticals on social media unless they complete a specified verification process.

Verification requirements include submitting images of both front and back of a state-issued identification card to the social media platform.

Individuals must include a disclaimer in pharmaceutical advertisements clearly disclosing the seller's name and must be identified on the social media page where the product is sold or advertised.

Sellers must display a disclaimer on their main social media profile page stating that the account owner sells or advertises pharmaceuticals on that platform.
