Amends the Biometric Information Privacy Act to define new terms including "biometric lock," "biometric time clock," "electronic signature," "in writing," and "security purpose" (preventing retail theft, fraud, misappropriation, or protecting property and persons from harm).

Exempts biometric information converted to mathematical representations (such as numeric strings that cannot recreate the original identifier) from Act requirements, including information from biometric time clocks and locks.

Allows private entities to collect biometric information for security purposes without initial written consent if they use it only for security purposes, retain it no longer than necessary, and document a deletion process.

Permits repeated collection of biometric information for the same process to require consent only during initial collection rather than for each subsequent use.

Requires the Department of Labor to provide employer information on Act requirements on its website and clarifies that the Workers' Compensation Act does not limit employee recovery under the Biometric Information Privacy Act.
