• Requires applicators to place lawn markers (4" x 5" white signs with contrasting lettering) at entry points immediately after application, stating "LAWN CARE APPLICATION - STAY OFF GRASS UNTIL DRY" with applicator contact information.

• Mandates applicators provide customers with detailed information about products applied, including brand name, type, reason for use, concentration, special instructions, applicator contact information, and material safety data sheets upon request.

• Establishes notification requirements for neighbors and properties adjacent to treated lawns, requiring at least one day's advance written or telephonic notice of pesticide applications.

• Requires day care centers and school districts to maintain registries of parents/guardians requesting advance notification before pesticide applications to grounds, with notice required at least 4 business days before application.
