Adds new Section 356z.61 to the Illinois Insurance Code requiring group and individual health insurance policies, and managed care plans amended, delivered, issued, or renewed on or after January 1, 2025 to cover medically necessary compression sleeves for prevention or mitigation of lymphedema.

Expands required health benefits coverage across multiple state entities (state employees, counties, municipalities, schools, and medical assistance programs) to include coverage for compression sleeves under the new Section 356z.61.

Amends the Health Maintenance Organization Act, Limited Health Service Organization Act, and Voluntary Health Services Plans Act to include Section 356z.61 among the mandatory Illinois Insurance Code provisions these entities must comply with.

Enforces compliance through the Department of Insurance for Sections 370c and 370c.1, with other requirements enforced by the Department of Central Management Services for state employees and counties/municipalities.
