Amends the Health Care Professional Credentials Data Collection Act to change the recredentialing timeline from "no more than once every 2 years" to "a period not to exceed 3 years"

Updates the definition of "Single credentialing cycle" to align with the extended 3-year recredentialing period instead of the previous 2-year requirement

Maintains the requirement for "Single site survey" to occur only once every two years for recredentialing purposes

Applies to health care professionals licensed under the Medical Practice Act of 1987 and other professionals subsequently designated by the Department of Public Health
