Appropriates $25,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Supreme Court for distribution to counties to cover direct mental health services for individuals and families in mental health courts or on adult and juvenile probation caseloads.

Appropriates $9,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Supreme Court for establishment and maintenance of regional crisis intervention mental health care units available to probation departments serving adults and juveniles needing immediate care and placement.

Total appropriation of $34,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
