Amends the Illinois Plumbing License Law to add Section 40.5 regarding bottle filling stations.

Defines a "bottle filling station" as a plumbing fixture connected to potable water and sanitary drainage systems designed to fill personal drinking water bottles or containers at least 10 inches in height, which may include water filters and cooling systems.

Requires the Department to adopt rules mandating that each drinking fountain in new construction where a drinking fountain is required under the Illinois Plumbing Code must have an accompanying bottle filling station or combined bottle filling station and drinking fountain.

Rules must take effect and be implemented by July 1, 2026.
