Increases private pesticide applicator license fees from $30 to $60, and commercial not-for-hire applicator and operator license fees, effective 2024 and thereafter.

Increases pesticide dealer registration fees from $300 to $350 for multi-year registration periods, and raises lawn care containment permit fees from $100 to $250, both effective 2024 and thereafter.
