Establishes a Life Skills Reentry Center for Women within the Department of Corrections to prepare female inmates for successful reentry into society.

Center serves women inmates with 1-4 years remaining on their sentences who demonstrate conduct, rehabilitation desire, and low recidivism likelihood as determined by the Chief Administrator for the Women's Division.

Offers educational, job readiness, and cognitive behavior therapy courses including adult basic education, high school equivalency, vocational training (welding, manufacturing, restaurant management, custodial maintenance), and creative writing.

Provides supplemental programming including Alcoholics Anonymous, 12-step recovery programs, substance use disorder therapy, mental health services, art therapy, chaplaincy services, family days, and job partnership programs.

Adds supervisory responsibility for the Life Skills Reentry Center for Women to the Chief Administrator of the Women's Division, who must have nationally recognized specialized training in gender-responsive and trauma-informed practices.
