• Creates a new "Expanded High School Snapshot Report" to be prepared annually by October 31, 2027 and thereafter, providing detailed comparisons of advanced-track, standard, special education, and English learner coursework offerings across high schools.

• Requires the State Board of Education to post the report on its website and mandates school districts maintain hyperlinks to the report on their websites in easily accessible locations.

• Mandates detailed data collection and comparison of teacher experience, education credentials, student enrollment, class sizes, student demographics by race/ethnicity and gender, and proficiency rates across different course track types (advanced, standard, special education, English learner).

• Requires specific metrics including Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate course enrollment and performance data disaggregated by race, ethnicity, and gender as defined by the most recent federal census.

• Allows the State Superintendent discretion to amend or update metrics on school, district, and state report cards in consultation with education stakeholders.
