Establishes a new minimum hourly wage for educational support services employees in Illinois school districts and joint agreements.

Sets minimum hourly rates at $20 for 2024-2025 school year, $21 for 2025-2026 school year, and $22 for 2026-2027 school year.

Applies to custodial employees, transportation employees, food service providers, classroom assistants, administrative staff, and paraprofessional educators.

Indexes the minimum hourly rate for 2027-2028 and subsequent school years to the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers published by the U.S. Department of Labor.

Includes employer contributions to the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund as part of an employee's salary for purposes of meeting the minimum wage requirement.
