Removes The Crematory Regulation Act from the January 1, 2024 repeal date and instead schedules it for repeal on January 1, 2029.

Increases crematory licensure application fee from $50 to $100 and adds a $100 inspection fee charged by the Comptroller for reviewing licensee compliance.

Requires crematory device operators to complete continuing education cremation courses of at least 2 hours every 5 years from Comptroller-recognized providers.

Establishes 5-year license renewal requirement with a $100 renewal fee deposited into the Comptroller's Administrative Fund.

Requires crematories to provide refrigeration units or cooling rooms maintaining temperatures below 40 degrees Fahrenheit for unembalmed remains that cannot be cremated within 24 hours.

Expands Cemetery Consumer Protection Fund use to include administering the Comptroller's program for cleaning up abandoned or neglected cemeteries in Illinois.
