• Authorizes class 1 and class 2 brewers to obtain beer showcase permits, expanding from the previous class 3 brewer limitation.

• Increases self-distribution limits for class 3 brewers from 6,200 gallons per location (18,600 annually) to 77,500 gallons per location (232,500 annually) to retail licensees and other brewers.

• Increases the beer transfer limit for class 2 brewers to brew pubs from 31,000 gallons to 139,500 gallons annually.

• Changes special event retailer and special use permit license language to allow sales for "consumption on or off the premises" rather than "use or consumption."

• Removes the requirement for brewers to file water usage reports with the Department of Revenue and State Commission.

• Permits retail licensees and licensed manufacturers with retail privileges to offer consumer loyalty and reward programs with incentives, discounts, and exclusive member benefits.
