IL SB2305

Amends the Illinois Election Code by adding Section 13-10.2 regarding election judge compensation reimbursement.

State Board of Elections shall reimburse counties up to $50 for amounts paid to election judges that exceed $100 per day.

Reimbursement applies to compensation paid under Section 13-10 or 13-11 of the Election Code.

Provision does not affect how election judges' compensation is calculated under Section 13-10.
