Requires school report cards to include detailed data on gifted education and advanced academic programs, disaggregated by student demographics including race, ethnicity, low-income status, English learners, and students with disabilities.

Mandates reporting on the number and percentage of students in grades K-8 assessed for gifted placement, enrolled in gifted programs, and receiving instruction from teachers with gifted education endorsements.

Requires reporting on grades 9-12 students enrolled in advanced academic programs (including accelerated placement, AP, IB, dual credit, and honors courses) with the same demographic breakdowns.

Establishes automatic enrollment in advanced coursework for high school students who meet or exceed state standards on assessments in English language arts, mathematics, or science, effective 2023-2024 school year, with parental option for alternative coursework.

Adds equity promotion procedures to school district accelerated placement policies, including universal screening, enrichment opportunities in early grades, multiple assessment tools, and professional development in gifted education for teachers.
