IL SB2346

Governor's Office of Management and Budget shall compile an annual budget implementation report by January 1, 2024, and annually thereafter.

Report must include total project cost, detailed line items per OMB guidelines, and project purpose description for each grant agreement entered into by state grant-making agencies during the previous calendar year.

Report shall be submitted to the General Assembly and posted on the Governor's Office of Management and Budget website.

Amends the Grant Accountability and Transparency Act by adding new Section 31.

Effective immediately upon becoming law.
