IL SB2377

Amends the Illinois Procurement Code to add Section 50-36.5 establishing prohibitions on companies providing material support to foreign terrorist organizations.

Defines "company" to include for-profit entities of all types, their subsidiaries, parent companies, affiliates, and their owners, officers, directors, and partners.

Prohibits any company that knowingly provides material support or resources to a foreign terrorist organization, or attempts or conspires to do so, from contracting with any unit of State or local government, subcontracting, or furnishing materials under such contracts.

Applies prohibition based on conviction under 18 U.S.C. Section 2339A or 2339B or a finding by the Executive Ethics Commission.

Authorizes the Executive Ethics Commission to adopt rules necessary to implement and administer the prohibition.
