• Amends the Illinois Election Code to extend petition filing deadlines for presidential candidates, primary candidates, and county/municipal office candidates from 106-113 days to 134-141 days before the primary election.

• Corrects grammatical language in Section 7-12(8) changing "statement of economic interest" to "statement of economic interests" and updates Section 8-17 to clarify vacancy nomination procedures for State Senators.

• Authorizes three statewide advisory referendums for the November 5, 2024 general election: on candidate civil penalties for interfering with election workers, a 3% income tax increase on earnings over $1,000,000 for property tax relief, and health insurance coverage of assisted reproductive treatments.

• Automatically repeals the referendum provisions on January 1, 2025.
