Requires circuit court clerks to send certified copies of protective orders to petitioners' workplaces upon request and to new workplaces within 24 hours if the petitioner changes employment.

Mandates that workplace managers immediately notify law enforcement if the respondent appears at the workplace looking for the petitioner or is present during the petitioner's hours of employment.

Changes service of protective orders from discretionary ("may") to mandatory ("shall") for sheriffs, law enforcement officials, special process servers, and Department of Corrections or Department of Juvenile Justice personnel when serving respondents with short form notifications.
