Establishes the Increasing Representation of Women in Technology Task Force within the Illinois Workforce Innovation Board with 17 members including state legislators, government officials, labor representatives, technology companies, and women in technology advocates.

Task Force members serve without compensation and must meet at least quarterly, with two cochairs elected at the first meeting.

Task Force shall collect and evaluate data on recruitment, advancement, and retention of women in technology positions and management roles.

Task Force shall set goals, identify best practices, recommend government policies to incentivize companies, and establish an oversight body to track company progress year-over-year.

Task Force must submit annual reports to the Governor and General Assembly by December 1 each year, with a final report due by December 1, 2028; the Act repeals on January 1, 2030.
