IL SB2702

Amends the Fire Sprinkler Contractor Licensing Act to modify the definition of "fire sprinkler inspector" to require employment or contracting with a single fire sprinkler contractor at a time to perform inspections.

Changes language from allowing inspectors to be "employed or contracted" by multiple entities to restricting them to work for "a single fire sprinkler contractor at a time."

Adds definition of "fire protection system layout documents" as layout drawings and construction data that guide fabrication and installation of fire sprinkler systems based on applicable standards.

Adds definition of "designated certified person" as an individual meeting qualifications set forth in Section 20 of the Act.

Adds definition of "responsible managing employee" as an individual designated by a fire sprinkler contractor who is not required to have a designated certified person under Section 120.
