IL SB2711

Amends the Property Tax Code to require tax bills to include a statement for each tax increment financing (TIF) district in which a property is located.

Each statement must show the dollar amount that each taxing district containing all or part of the TIF district would have received for the taxable year without the TIF district in place.

Adds this requirement as subsection (b-6) to existing Section 20-15 regarding information required on property tax bills or separate statements.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
