Extends the estimated completion date for the Ottawa Dayton Industrial TIF District (established August 29, 2006) by the City of Ottawa.

Creates tax increment allocation financing extensions to the 47th year (currently 35th year) for two City of Ottawa TIF districts established on December 29, 1993 and September 20, 1994 if the City adopts specified ordinances.

Requires the City of Ottawa to provide notice to taxing bodies that would constitute the joint review board for each redevelopment project area not less than 14 and not more than 30 days prior to ordinance adoption.

Becomes effective immediately upon enactment.
