Adds Section 356z.71 to the Illinois Insurance Code requiring group and individual health insurance policies and managed care plans amended, delivered, issued, or renewed on or after January 1, 2026 to cover vaccinations for COVID-19, influenza, and respiratory syncytial virus without deductibles, coinsurance, copayments, or cost-sharing.

Coverage must include administration fees when vaccinations are administered by a pharmacist or health care provider authorized to administer vaccines, provided the vaccine is FDA-authorized and administered according to Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices standards.

Requires coverage of out-of-network vaccination administration if vaccines are unavailable through contracted providers, without imposing cost-sharing requirements.

Exempts high-deductible health plans to the extent coverage would disqualify them from health savings account eligibility under Internal Revenue Code Section 223.

Amends the State Employees Group Insurance Act, Counties Code, Illinois Municipal Code, School Code, and Health Maintenance Organization Act to incorporate the new vaccination coverage requirements for public employee health insurance programs.
