State Board of Education shall create and maintain a comprehensive advanced manufacturing training program for grades kindergarten through 12 to develop skilled workers for the industry.

Program must ensure adequate representation of racial and ethnic groups across all phases of advanced manufacturing.

School districts may voluntarily include advanced manufacturing education programs as part of their curriculum, with programs made readily available to all districts.

State Board of Education shall adopt rules to implement the program while ensuring no new state mandates are created as a condition for receiving federal, state, or local funds.

State Board of Education assumes responsibility for program administration across all school districts and must align the program with federal requirements and mandates.
