• Amends the Wildlife Code to establish a 300-yard restriction around inhabited dwellings for hunting with gun or dog, or discharging firearms without permission from the dwelling owner or tenant.

• Reduces the restriction to 100 yards when on another person's land as an invited guest with permission, while trapping or hunting with dog and shotgun using shot shells only, or while hunting with shotgun using shot shells only.

• Reduces the restriction to 100 yards while providing waterfowl outfitting services under a permit, or while on licensed game breeding and hunting preserve areas, federally owned and managed lands, or Department-owned, managed, leased, or controlled lands.

• Removes the prior allowance for bow and arrow hunting within the 100-yard exception areas near dwellings.
