Removes the 5-year time limit for applicants to complete all required architecture license examinations, replacing it with a requirement to successfully complete examinations as mandated by Department rules.

Retains the 3-year application validity period, after which applicants must reapply with current qualifications if they have not passed all required examinations.

Maintains the 1-year deadline for applicants to apply for a license after notification of successful completion of all examination and experience requirements, or they must retake the examination unless the Department finds sufficient cause for delay.

Preserves existing examination fee requirements and forfeiture policies for applicants who fail to appear for scheduled exams.

Allows the Department to adopt examination and grading procedures from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
