• Replaces annual and semi-annual campaign finance reports with quarterly reports for political committees under the Election Code

• Removes references to temporary filing systems effective through August 1, 2009, and streamlines the Code of Fair Campaign Practices by removing references to county clerks and specified committees

• Repeals Section 9-45 of the Election Code regarding political contributions by medical cannabis cultivation centers and dispensary organizations

• Modifies the definition of "affiliated entity" in the Illinois Procurement Code and removes the definition of "sponsoring entity" related to political committee contributions
