Reduces 1-year fishing license fees to one-half of the standard fee for Illinois residents serving in the Illinois National Guard, effective starting with the 2025 license year.

Reduces 1-year hunting license fees to one-half of the standard fee for Illinois residents serving in the Illinois National Guard, effective starting with the 2025 license year.

Requires residents serving in the Illinois National Guard to provide acceptable verification of their service status to the Department of Natural Resources to qualify for the reduced license fees.

Defines acceptable verification for Illinois National Guard members as any documentation that the Department deems acceptable by administrative rule to establish active service in the Illinois National Guard.

Becomes effective immediately upon enactment.
