Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity must compile a comprehensive report within 18 months identifying all State and federally funded job training and workforce development programs in Illinois.

Report must include the State agency providing funding, funding source, and names and locations of organizations that received funding in the calendar year preceding the report date for each program.

Report should include trade apprenticeship programs, healthcare-related training programs, manufacturing training, and locally-funded programs if practicable, but excludes employer-sponsored training programs.

State agencies must collaborate with the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity to collect required information for the report.

Department must submit the report to the General Assembly and Governor and publish it on the Department's website no later than 18 months after the Act takes effect.
