Allows qualified voters who currently hold an authentic Illinois driver's license or state identification card to register to vote at Secretary of State driver services facilities or mobile events without applying for a new license or identification card.

Permits qualified voters with a valid Illinois driver's license or state ID to submit voter registration applications electronically through a website maintained by the Secretary of State.

Requires electronic voter registration applications to be electronically transmitted by the Secretary of State to the State Board of Elections with the same information as applications submitted under existing law.

Mandates that applicants mark a box confirming their identity, the truthfulness of information provided, and authorizing the Secretary of State to transmit their application and signature on file to election authorities for processing.

Requires the Secretary of State to implement these electronic voter registration provisions no later than January 1, 2026.
