Amends Section 12-3.2 of the Criminal Code of 2012 concerning domestic battery through a technical correction to the language in subsection (b).

Changes "the the" to "the" in the section describing when domestic battery becomes a Class 4 felony due to prior convictions for violation of an order of protection.

Makes no substantive changes to the definition of domestic battery, sentencing guidelines, or penalties for violations.
