Amends the Department of Professional Regulation Law to extend health care professional licenses by 3 months if they expire during a Governor-declared public health emergency

Applies to physicians, dentists, optometrists, physician assistants, registered nurses, and advanced practice registered nurses

Renewal fees and the expiration date of the renewed license remain the same as if the license had been renewed on its original expiration date

Takes effect immediately upon passage
