Amends the Wildlife Code to require the Department of Natural Resources to annually review deer management rules and regulations for all counties in Department Region V beginning July 1, 2024.

Directs the Department to adjust deer management rules including season length and bag and possession limits to address increasing economic damages and public safety concerns in Region V, with changes effective for the 2025 regular deer season.

Maintains existing provisions allowing deer hunting with shotguns, handguns, centerfire rifles, muzzleloading rifles, and bows and arrows during designated seasons set by the Director.

Requires the Department to continue providing annual reports to the General Assembly on deer management programs, including surplus deer taken, disease findings, and disposition of harvested deer.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
