Amends the Environmental Protection Act to prohibit mixing photovoltaic modules with municipal waste intended for landfill disposal beginning January 1, 2026.

Prohibits knowingly disposing of photovoltaic modules in sanitary landfills beginning January 1, 2026.

Defines "photovoltaic module" as the smallest nondivisible assembly of photovoltaic cells or collector technology intended to generate electrical power under sunlight, excluding photovoltaic cells within consumer electronic devices.

Includes photovoltaic modules installed on buildings, used in off-grid power generation systems, or connected to grid or utility services within the definition.

Takes effect January 1, 2025.
