Amends Section 45 of the Assisted Living and Shared Housing Act to change license renewal periods from discretionary to automatic 2-year licenses for qualifying facilities.

Facilities receive 2-year licenses if they have not committed Type 1 or Type 2 violations in the preceding 24 months, had fewer than 10 Type 3 violations in any inspection, and have not admitted residents in violation of Section 75.

Licensees must submit renewal applications 120 to 150 days before license expiration, with required disclosure documents for facilities providing Alzheimer's and related dementia care.

If a 2-year license holder subsequently violates Type 1, Type 2, or Type 3 violation conditions, the Department must revoke the 2-year license and replace it with a 1-year license until conditions are met again.
