Amends the Illinois Parentage Act of 2015 to require that parental responsibilities and child support be established whenever paternity is adjudicated, regardless of the method used to establish paternity.

Modifies Article 6 heading to include "Allocation of Parental Responsibilities" alongside proceedings to adjudicate parentage.

Requires that allocation of parental responsibilities and child support be established under Parts V and VI of the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act in all parentage cases.

Updates Section 602 to specify that complaints must adjudicate both parentage and allocate parental responsibilities.

Referred to as the "Illinois Good Dads Act."
