Creates the Gun Crime Charging and Sentencing Accountability and Transparency Act requiring State's Attorneys to file written statements when firearm charges are reduced or dismissed through plea agreements.

Requires judges to issue written sentencing orders explaining their reasons for imposing sentences or accepting plea agreements in cases where the original charge involved illegal use or possession of a firearm.

Sentencing orders must be provided to any person upon request, ensuring transparency in how judges handle firearms-related cases.
