IL SB3203

Amends the State Employees Group Insurance Act of 1971 to add four new Illinois Insurance Code sections (356z.5, 356z.64, 356z.67, 356z.68, and 356z.70) to the list of required health benefit coverages for state employee group insurance programs.

Requires state employee health benefits to comply with multiple Illinois Insurance Code sections related to post-mastectomy care, coverage mandates, and other health insurance requirements.

Designates the Department of Insurance to enforce requirements related to Sections 370c and 370c.1 of the Illinois Insurance Code, while the Department of Central Management Services enforces all other requirements.

Conditions any rulemaking authority on compliance with the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act and Joint Committee on Administrative Rules procedures.
