Secretary of Human Services is authorized to convey a parcel of land in Union County, Illinois (in the City of Anna) to Centerstone of Illinois for $1.00 via quitclaim deed.

The conveyance is subject to existing public utilities, roads, and any recorded reservations, easements, encumbrances, covenants, and restrictions.

Property includes a reversion clause requiring the land to revert to the State of Illinois Department of Human Services if it ceases to be used as an alcohol treatment facility.

Secretary must obtain a certified copy of relevant portions of the Act and record the document in the Union County Recorder's Office within 60 days of the Act's effective date.

Act becomes effective immediately upon passage.
