Amends the Illinois Wage Payment and Collection Act to define "pay stub" as an itemized statement showing hours worked, rate of pay, overtime pay and hours, gross wages earned, deductions, and year-to-date totals.

Requires employers to furnish employees with a pay stub for each pay period and maintain copies for at least 3 years after payment.

Allows current and former employees to request copies of pay stubs, which employers must provide within 21 calendar days, limited to twice per 12-month period.

Former employees may request pay stubs up to one year after separation and can receive copies in physical or electronic format of their choice, including email, text, or secure electronic transmission.

Requires employers who provide electronic pay stubs that become inaccessible after one year to offer outgoing employees a record of all pay stubs from the year preceding their separation by the end of their final pay period.
