Director of Labor must direct the Division of Occupational Safety and Health to issue non-mandatory guidance to employers within 270 days on acquiring and maintaining opioid overdose reversal medication.

Non-mandatory guidance must include training requirements for employees on an annual basis regarding the usage of opioid overdose reversal medication.

Director of Labor must direct the Division of Occupational Safety and Health to adopt rules requiring each State agency to acquire and maintain opioid overdose reversal medication within 270 days.

State agencies must train employees on an annual basis on the usage of opioid overdose reversal medication pursuant to the required rules.

Defines "employer" to exclude the State and units of local government, and defines "State agency" as each agency, department, board, and commission under the Governor's jurisdiction.
