Creates a special instant scratch-off lottery game to benefit the Lyme Disease Innovation Program, which promotes education and awareness of Lyme disease in Illinois.

Game shall commence on January 1, 2025 or as soon thereafter as reasonably practical at the Director's discretion.

Net revenue from the Lyme Disease scratch-off game shall be deposited into the Lyme Disease Awareness Fund, including all gifts, grants, awards, and interest earned on fund moneys.

Department shall not unreasonably diminish marketing efforts for other instant scratch-off games during promotion and sale of the Lyme disease game.

Amends the Illinois Lottery Law by modifying Sections 9.3 and 20 and adding new Section 21.18; effective immediately.
