Brewers (including class 1 and class 2 brewers) may sell beer, cider, mead, wine, and spirits on licensed premises for both on-premises and off-premises consumption, removing previous restriction limiting sales to the specific premises where business is conducted.

Class 3 brewers may sell beer manufactured on-premises, beer from other brewers, and cider, wine, and spirits for on-premises and off-premises consumption at their licensed locations.

Brewers may designate and contract with management companies (including retail licensees) to provide services at licensed premises if compensation represents fair market value, arrangements are approved by the Illinois Liquor Control Commission, and arrangements are not used as a subterfuge to provide prohibited things of value to retailers.

Class 2 brewers selling to non-licensees are limited to no more than 3 total commonly owned brew pub or brewer licensed locations in Illinois.

Class 1 and class 2 craft distillers may sell up to 5,000 gallons of spirits produced on-premises and vermouth for on or off-premises consumption, with sales limited to no more than 3 total commonly owned distillery or distilling pub locations in the state.
